1. Welcome to Heimcore
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Heimcore — an AI Business Operating System accessible at heimcore.ai. The service is operated by:

In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Heimcore. “You” and “your” mean the person or organization using the service.
By creating an account or using Heimcore, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What Heimcore Does
Heimcore is a software-as-a-service product that provides:
- Multi-agent AI assistants powered by Anthropic's Claude models
- Voice interaction (input and output) using Microsoft Edge TTS and, optionally, ElevenLabs
- A personal Vault for storing Memory, Identity, and Preferences notes that AI assistants use as context
- Integrations with third-party services you choose to connect (Google Drive, YouTube, Meta Ads, Stripe, and others as they become available)
- Document generation, CRM and sales pipeline tools, and analytics
We may add, change, or remove features. We'll try to give notice for significant changes, but we don't promise any specific feature will exist forever.
3. Account Creation and Eligibility
3.1 Who Can Sign Up
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account. Heimcore is not for children — see Section 13.
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password safe.
3.2 One Account Per Person
You may not create multiple free accounts to avoid usage limits, share an account with others (each user should have their own login), or use someone else's account without permission.
3.3 Business Use
If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms. The company and you are jointly responsible for compliance.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Plans
Heimcore offers the following plans:

Specific usage limits for each tier (such as messages per month, voice minutes, number of integrations, and storage) are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes that may apply in your country. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider that acts as our Merchant of Record and is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax). Any such taxes will be displayed and added at checkout.
4.2 Billing Cycle
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance (annual plans include two months free). Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
4.3 Payment Method
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider that acts as our Merchant of Record. Our payment provider runs the checkout, securely stores your billing and payment-method information, and is the seller of record for your purchase. Heimcore does not store or have access to your full card or payment-method details. By subscribing, you authorize our payment provider to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle. You can update your payment method through the provider-powered checkout or billing portal.
If a payment fails, we'll retry for up to 7 days. If we still can't collect, we'll downgrade your account to the Free tier and suspend paid features.
4.4 Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid access until then.
- Pro-rated refunds: we do not generally offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, except as required by law.
- 14-day refund for EU/UK consumers: if you're a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with a similar right of withdrawal, you may cancel your subscription within 14 days of your first paid subscription and receive a full refund of that first payment. To exercise this right, email heimcoreai@gmail.com within the 14-day window. Note: by starting to use the paid features within the 14-day period, you may waive this right — we'll show you a clear notice at checkout.
Because our third-party payment provider acts as our Merchant of Record, refunds are handled through that provider in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
4.5 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. If we increase the price of your plan, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice via email. You can cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued use after the new price takes effect means you accept it.
4.6 Free Trial (if offered)
If we offer a free trial, your card may be authorized but not charged during the trial period. You'll be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. We'll send a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends.
4.7 CORE COINS (Usage Credits)
Some features of Heimcore are metered in CORE COINS — prepaid usage credits that let you access metered functions of the service (such as chat, multi-agent office runs, and voice minutes). CORE COINS are simply a measure of how much of the service you have prepaid to use.
- CORE COINS are a prepaid credit balance usable only for Heimcore's own features.
- They have no cash or monetary value and are not a currency, cryptocurrency, e-money, stored-value instrument, security, or payment instrument of any kind.
- They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, withdrawn, or transferred for cash or any other value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or used outside Heimcore.
- Purchased CORE COINS are non-refundable except where required by law (see Section 4.4). Complimentary or granted coins may expire or be adjusted in line with your plan.
We may change coin grant amounts, the price of coin top-ups, and the number of coins a given action costs. Current rates are shown on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
5. Acceptable Use
When you use Heimcore, you agree NOT to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages via integrated email/messaging tools
- Generate or distribute illegal content — including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, content that incites violence, or content that violates intellectual property rights
- Abuse AI generation — for example, attempts to bypass safety filters, generate harassment, mass-produce disinformation, or create content that impersonates real people without consent
- Use Heimcore for high-risk decisions without human review — e.g., medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, hiring decisions, or any decision with serious consequences
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label Heimcore without our written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service beyond what's allowed by applicable law
- Bypass usage limits, security controls, or rate limits
- Use Heimcore to violate the terms of service of integrated platforms (Google, Meta, Stripe, etc.)
- Upload malware or attempt to harm our systems, other users, or third parties
- Misuse OAuth tokens to access data you're not authorized to access
- Harass, threaten, or defame other users or third parties through Heimcore-generated content
If we detect violations, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund and report violations to authorities when required by law. Severe violations (e.g., CSAM, terrorism-related content) will be reported immediately.
6. Your Content and Our Content
6.1 You Own Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload, create, or store in Heimcore — your Vault entries, uploaded files, conversation logs, generated documents, and ad creatives. We don't claim ownership.
6.2 License You Grant Us
To run the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing Heimcore to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
6.3 AI-Generated Content
When Heimcore generates content for you (text, drafts, summaries, ad copy, etc.), you own the output to the extent allowed by law. Note that AI-generated content may not always be copyrightable under the laws of some jurisdictions (e.g., the US Copyright Office currently treats fully AI-generated works as ineligible for copyright). You're responsible for understanding the legal status of AI outputs in your jurisdiction.
6.4 Heimcore's Intellectual Property
The Heimcore platform — including our software, design, branding, documentation, logos, and the “Heimcore” name — is our property and protected by intellectual property law. You may use the service per these Terms, but you don't get any ownership or license to our IP beyond that.
6.5 Feedback
If you send us suggestions, feature requests, or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to compensate you or keep them confidential.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Heimcore integrates with third-party services such as Google, Meta, Stripe, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs. When you connect these:
- You're subject to their terms of service and privacy policies, in addition to ours
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services
- If a third-party service changes its API or terms, we may have to change or remove the corresponding feature
- You authorize us to act on your behalf within the scope you grant via OAuth — for example, posting to YouTube, managing Meta ad campaigns, or charging your Stripe customer
You are responsible for compliance with third-party terms. For example, if you use Heimcore to manage Meta ads, you remain bound by Meta's Advertising Policies.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Heimcore uses large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude) to generate text, suggestions, and analyses. You acknowledge and agree:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated (“hallucinated”). You must independently verify any output before relying on it for important decisions.
- AI outputs are not professional advice — not legal, medical, financial, tax, or any other regulated advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
- You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content, including any consequences of publishing, sending, or acting on it.
- We do not warrant that AI features will be available, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
If an AI output causes you loss or harm, our liability is limited as described in Section 11.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep Heimcore running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Free tier: no SLA. We provide the Free tier on an “as-is” basis with no uptime commitments.
- Pro and Business tiers: we target 99% monthly uptime but do not guarantee it.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.
- We may experience unscheduled downtime due to bugs, attacks, third-party failures, or other issues. We'll work to restore service as quickly as possible.
10. Disclaimers
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, HEIMCORE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated output
- Compatibility with any particular system or workflow
- That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Some jurisdictions don't allow disclaimer of certain implied warranties — in those cases, the disclaimers apply to the maximum extent allowed. EU/UK consumers retain all rights under applicable consumer protection law — nothing in these Terms removes those rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm — even if we were advised such damages were possible.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Heimcore is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
- For Free tier users, our total liability is capped at USD $100 since no fees were paid.
These limits apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, etc.) and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.
Nothing in this section limits liability for:
- Gross negligence or willful misconduct
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence (where applicable law prohibits limiting this)
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the service
- Your content being unlawful or infringing third-party rights
- Your violation of third-party terms (e.g., Meta, Google, Stripe policies)
We'll notify you of any claim and you may control the defense, provided you don't settle in a way that admits liability on our behalf without our consent.
13. Children
Heimcore is not for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or under 16 where the digital consent age is higher). If we learn a child has created an account, we'll delete it. See our Privacy Policy for more.
14. Termination
14.1 By You
You may close your account at any time from account settings. Closing your account:
- Stops future billing immediately (you keep paid access until the end of your current billing period)
- Triggers deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule
- Does not entitle you to a refund for the current period (except where required by law — see Section 4.4)
14.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy
- You fail to pay
- We're required to by law or by court order
- Your account is inactive for more than 12 months (we'll email a warning first)
- We discontinue the service entirely (we'll give at least 60 days' notice and assist with data export)
We may also terminate for any other reason with 30 days' notice, in which case we'll refund any pre-paid fees for the unused portion of your subscription.
14.3 Effect of Termination
On termination, your right to use Heimcore ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and these miscellaneous provisions) will survive.
15. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We'll update the “Last Updated” date at the top
- We'll email all active users at least 14 days before changes take effect
- We'll post a notice in the app
If you don't agree with changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
Minor changes (typo fixes, clarifications that don't change your rights or obligations) may take effect immediately without notice.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country, not the US state), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
16.2 Where Disputes Are Resolved
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of Heimcore will be resolved in the courts of Batumi, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
For EU/UK consumers: nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of your country of residence, as required by applicable consumer protection law. You also have access to the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ for cross-border consumer disputes.
16.3 Informal Resolution First
Before filing a lawsuit, we both agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email for at least 30 days. Send your dispute notice to heimcoreai@gmail.com. We'll respond and try to resolve it.
16.4 Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent allowed by law, you agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding. This waiver may not apply where it is unenforceable under your local consumer protection law.
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and Heimcore about the service. They supersede prior agreements.
17.2 Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
17.3 No Waiver
If we don't enforce a provision in one situation, that doesn't mean we waive the right to enforce it in another.
17.4 Assignment
You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms (for example, in connection with a sale of the business or restructuring) with notice to you.
17.5 Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, war, pandemics, government action, internet/infrastructure outages, third-party service failures, etc.
17.6 Notices
We send notices to the email address on your account. You can send notices to us at heimcoreai@gmail.com.
17.7 Language
These Terms are in English. Translations (e.g., Russian) may be provided for convenience, but the English version governs in case of conflict.
17.8 Independent Contractors
You and Heimcore are independent parties. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
